High-impact Plastic Rings w/ Straps

Our gymnastic rings strike the ideal balance of strength and portability with their solid, high-impact injection molded plastic construction. These gymnastics rings were created with one goal in mind – a pair of rings that could withstand workout session after workout session, but still be affordable to everyone. Add another layer of intensity to all the classic exercises (push-ups, pull-ups, dips, etc.) and discover some demanding new ones to take your strength training to the next level with Fringe Sport gymnastic rings.

The Adjustable straps that we offer with these rings are 15′ (or 30′) of stronger-than-you-will-need black polyester webbing and a motorcycle cam buckle. This gives you just over 7′ (or 14′) of working distance and fast adjustment that allows you to string together every movement and set-up you want with minimal down time. Throw these straps over a pull-up bar, tree branch, or anything else relatively horizontal and you have a full upper-body gym at your disposal.

The Fixed straps are 6′ of the same high-strength polyester sewn in a single loop that gives you the absolute fastest, easiest set-up on the market. These will hang at 2.5′ below your pull-up bar, which is the perfect length for dips and rows on a standard-height home bar. Put your feet on a Plyo-box and you can throw push-ups in there also! Mainly use your rings for dips at home or at the gym? These can get your rings from out of the bag onto your pull-up bar in less than 30 seconds and they are the same height every time.
