Why Two Angles?: Our new generation glute bridge machine is designed with two angles on the footboard. The inclined angle targets your gluteus maximus, and the flat angle targets your gluteus minimus. Feel free to choose the gluteus you want to train!
Safety Limiter: 5” thickened and 19” length waist cushions provide the safest and most comfortable hip training experience for your body. Also, we got 2 positions of safety limiter as the second level protection. Note: Please make sure the knob is fully inserted before every use.
What We Upgraded?: We added a rear weight storage post that could store your weight plates for easy access and organization. Built-in band pegs allow for greater personalized resistance. Add bands for extra resistance and explosive movement required for sports performance.

Benefits of the Hip Thrust: If you want to fill out your pants better, hip thrust is good choice. If you’re an athlete, the glutes are a major driver for powerful movements, like leaping and running, that come with hip extension (the top of the thrust). But even if power isn’t your goal, strong glutes are important. So a strong set of glutes will help you to stave off lower back pain and injury. And importantly, you need to use your glutes to prevent larger issues, like gluteal amnesia.
